To receive this scholarship, applicants must meet the following criteria:
- applicants must be a resident of Washington State
- applicants must complete the FREE Application for Federal Student Aid or Washington Application for State Financial Aid
- applicants must plan to enroll in a STEM or Healthcare major at one of the Universities in Washington State
- applicants must enroll in at least 3 credits in the fall, winter, and spring terms
- applicants must have a GPA of 2.75

- The application process has been open since January 10, 2024.
